Neofelis Lo Group and lawyer Kateryna Tarasova effectively protected the rights and interests of a client suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The citizen was unreasonably suspected of embezzling budget funds on the fact that the company (where the latter was the director) won the tender for the conclusion of contracts for the supply of natural gas. KI Tarasova, a lawyer for Neofelis Lo Group, took a number of measures aimed at proving the absence of guilt of the defendant, the absence of corpus delicti, and others.
As a result of consideration of the relevant substantiated complaint of the lawyer, the decision of the investigating judge set out in the complaint the requirements of the defense counsel are fully satisfied – the notice of suspicion was canceled, the criminal proceedings were closed.
