Neofelis Lo Group and lawyer Ekaterina Tarasova effectively protected the rights and interests of a client who was suspected of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The defendant was suspected of embezzling budget funds on the fact that the company (of which she was the director) won the tender for the conclusion of contracts for the supply of natural gas. The lawyer of “Neofelis Lo Group” Tarasova EI carried out actions to prove the innocence of the suspect and the absence of corpus delicti in general.
According to the results of consideration of the substantiated complaint of the lawyer, by the decision of the investigating judge the requirements of the defense counsel stated in the complaint are completely satisfied – the message on suspicion is canceled, criminal proceedings are closed.
